  • Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately for assistance with a replacement or refund.
  • Incorrect Device Selection: If the customer selects the wrong device, they must pay $24.99 plus the shipping amount for the change.
  • Returned products not in their original packaging with missing contents are subject to a minimum $5 USD restocking fee
